Snowfall Dessert Bar Recipe

I remember when I was a child my mother made some kind of dessert bar that was delicious but I can't remember the components to it and neitheir can she.  Occasionally I would think back on the delicious flavor of those confectionary delights and dream of tasting them again.  My mouth watering at the thought of their melt in your mouth texture and flavor.  The other night my husband and I were really wanting some kind of dessert and those bars came to mind so I decided it was time to make up my own!  I took a few ingredients I had on hand that sounded like they would blend well and WOW is it good!!  I would love to share a picture had I remembered to take one before they were all consumed.

List of ingredients:
Ritz Crackers
Butter
Sugar
Chocolate chips
Condensed Milk
Coconut

Here is how to make them:

1.5 tubes of ritz crackers crumbled into crumbs
1 stick of butter melted
1/3 cup of sugar

Mix together and bake in a 9x13 oven at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes then let cool in the refrigerator til crust becomes solid.

Melt 1 bag of chocolate chips in the microwave 30 seconds at a time and stirring between until creamy.  Spread on top of the crust and allow to harden in the refrigerator.

Once solid pour 1 can of condensed milk on and spread evenly.  Sprinkle 1/2 to 1 bag of coconut on top and press into the milk layer.  I use the whole bag because I love coconut!

That's it, you are done!  Delicious and so easy!
